WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

CAN I AMEND MY SHIPPING ADDRESS OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

You may amend your order and shipping details within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact support@saltedandbright.com for assistance.

As all products are custom-made upon order, we are unable to make changes once the order has been processed. We highly recommend checking your details upon check out. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?

All products are custom made; meaning that they are individually printed and assembled upon order. Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 4-7 days of your purchase. You will receive an email containing a link which allows you to track your order. See Shipping for more details.

MY CARD IS DECLINED! WHY IS THIS SO?

The likely reason is that your credit card is not yet activated for overseas transactions. Salted and Bright is a registered company in the beautiful city of Singapore and our registered business address is in Singapore as well. 

To have your purchase approved, just make a call to your local bank to activate your card to allow for overseas transactions and all will be good.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of receipt of your item. If 7 days have gone by, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If the fault is on us (mixed up order, faulty on arrival), we will bear the shipping costs for your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you first received it. Return postage fees will not be covered by us.
