WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED OUT?

All products are custom made; meaning that they are individually printed and assembled upon order. Please allow 4-7 business days for processing. 

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

During festive seasons, processing time may increase. Salted and Bright ships internationally using trusted couriers.

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. 

Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery schedules. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, service type, and geographical location.

 Delivery period is estimated upon courier pick up of the assembled item and excludes processing time and public holidays. Standard shipping includes door-step delivery by normal air service. All items may be subject to customs inspection which may require additional days.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships. Should you require further assistance with your tracking details, please contact us at support@saltedandbright.com.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please make sure your email is correct when placing an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AND DELIVERY ADDRESS? 

We recommend you to check your order details prior to placing an order with us. Should you notice a mistake in your order details, please contact us at support@saltedandbright.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change. Should the item(s) be shipped from our fulfilment center, we apologise that we will not be able to make changes to the order.
